Carrie 

Founder & Finance Director

Carrie has been an Agency FD since 2007.

Passionate about business being a force for good in the world, Carrie values straight-talking, authentic collaboration, and providing creative thinkers with clear and meaningful financial insight so they can focus on what they do best. If you want to discuss how to ensure your finances are setting you up to succeed, ask Carrie!

Carrie enjoys time with her family by the sea, watching netball, at concert halls and theatres or on Dartmoor with the dogs!

Emma

Management Accountant

Emma is our Management Accountant, who provides virtual finance team services to our clients. Organised, efficient and passionate about precision, Emma is highly skilled at keeping the team on track. She seeks to be a part of the client’s team by working collaboratively and open-mindedly to find the best solutions to their accounting challenges.

Emma loves walking her dog and searching out new places to eat good food.

Caroline 

Finance Business Partner

Caroline has spent 10 years working in senior finance roles, specialising in creative and professional services businesses. Caroline’s broad range of experience adds huge value to our clients across all the services we offer, and her clear-thinking, authentic approach is perfect for our team.

Caroline enjoys travelling to discover new places, enjoys fine food and drink and is a dedicated runner.

Rosie

Assistant Accountant

As a trainee Accountant with a Music degree, Rosie enjoys finding creative solutions for businesses. She has experience working with a variety of people and businesses in the music, marketing and PR industries, and is passionate about how the numbers can help drive creativity forward.

Rosie enjoys brushing up on her Spanish, going to concerts, and getting overly invested in a variety of sports teams.

Louisa

Executive Assistant

New to the team, Louisa has joined Sapphire 8 after a career break raising her family. With experience in setting up and running a busy nursing home, and other PA roles, Louisa will be supporting Carrie and the other Management team and assisting clients.

Away from work Louisa enjoys family time, eating out and walking her Lakeland Terrier, Esme.

Lorraine 

Finance Business Partner

Lorraine has worked for many small, medium and large companies over the last three decades. She has also worked in various countries including USA, Australia and Ireland. Her job roles have included but are not limited to management accounts, budgeting and forecasting, implementing accounting systems, and process improvements.

Outside of work, Lorraine enjoys walking her dog, travelling (especially exploring the lovely English countryside), and socialising with friends over lunch and drinks in Bristol.

Becky

Assistant Accountant

Becky has worked in accounts since 2012, having qualified in AAT in 2011. She has experience in both larger and smaller businesses, and enjoys working with a variety of clients. With a passion for collaboration, Becky enjoys getting stuck in and continually learning new ways of working.

Outside of work, Becky enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym and exploring new places.
